  1. Sauce is there, just not really visible.

    Sauce for 3 servings:

    * 2 T T[hai Kitchen](https://www.target.com/p/thai-kitchen-red-chili-dipping-sauce-6-57oz/-/A-47090876) Sweet Red chili dipping sauce
    * 1/4 c soy sauce
    * lime juice from 1 lime (more or less to taste)
    * 2 T brown sugar dissolved in hot water
    * 2 T rice vinegar

    In the bowl:

    * 1/4 block tofu
    * cilantro
    * green onion
    * 12 g crushed peanuts
    * carrots
    * mung bean sprouts
    * 1/2 serving Fiber Gourmet noodles

    To make: Boil noodles and drain, brown tofu (air fry or pan fry, your choice). Cut up veggies. Mix sauce ingredients. Assemble everything in a bowl.
