Too many photos to share of this amazing dining experience so I’ll split them into 2 posts. The food here was incredible, we did the chef’s table which was 15 courses and shockingly every single course was absolutely amazing not a single miss, if you’re ever in Southern Ontario, find the time!

I love a good habanada pepper dish, the endorphin rush as your brain recognizes the habanero flavor and prepares for a huge hit of heat that never materializes is such a fun experience. This menu looks like it has some big winners…
If you can go in growing season, highly recommend taking their farm tour and wine tasting as well. Super cool experience!
Putting this on my wish list, seems like a great place for a winter getaway. Did you do the regular tasting or the extended? Looks like 4 people minimum for the extended….
