2/3 Cup semi-skimmed milk (150ml)
2 1/2 Tablespoons of olive oil
12 Veg sausages
1 Tablespoon of fresh thyme leaves
1/4 Teaspoon of salt
1/4 Teaspoon of black pepper

  1. What about the cooking part? Do you just mix it all together and bake? What temp? Are the sausages frozen or defrosted first? How much broccoli and cauliflower?

  2. Holy heck my worst nightmare 😬 Vego for 30 years but broccoli and cauliflower just make me ill 🤢
