Been a few yrs since I’ve visited BA, but some good places in Palermo. The Loving Hut had the best food imo, if it’s still there. But several good options were in that neighborhood.

I ate in a restaurant in Peru street. It’s huge and they have good portions. It’s only vegetarian. (San Telmo)

Picaron has lots of great vegetarian options. Most places there do too. I was pleasantly surprised when there a few weeks ago.
I’ve heard great things about Gioia Cocina Botánica 🙂 going over there in a couple of days as well
