Got the opportunity to go to Addison for the first time and try the new tasting menu and it was great. Some notable dishes are included but the full meal is [here](https://www.instagram.com/p/CpptwUurZof/?igshid=YmMyMTA2M2Y=). The food was fantastic – French techniques used on dishes influenced from around California. If you’ve been to the other three stars around the state, you can see notice where some of the ideas come from. For example – the caviar and rice dish is chef’s signature and uses Regis ova caviar – a clear influence from chef Thomas Keller

The downside to the meal was probably the flavor profile of the amuse bouche part of the dinner and the dessert part. Felt like those two sections were weaker flavor-wise than the main courses but still pretty good. The service was a bit weird – hard to explain into words but the staff felt robotic when it came to putting plates on the table and then removing them.

Overall solid dinner and recommend visiting for sure

Fun! Did this last summer, can still remember the flavor of the caviar and rice dish. Simply amazing.

I do agree with you on the desserts, they were underwhelming.
