  1. I made pan fried falafel from Knorr falafel mix because it is lower cal than other brands. They are flat because I pan fried them instead of deep fry. It’s easier to get them crispy that way.

    Seasoning on the tofu: basil, oregano, fennel, salt, pepper

    The plant-based tzatziki sauce is Good Foods brand (found at Target).
