This is really good, has fennel, sage and three peppers for a spicy kick. I made them these small links for a 1 to 2 bite experience. High tang too. I put them in 29-32 pork casing but might try 22mm lamb casing for a closer to 1 bite experience. Great for sharing or hikes or necklace 😅
