  1. “Pacific Northwest cuisine through progressive Filipino American flavors”. Archipelago is an elegant 12-seater chef’s counter, offering a unique take on fine dining. Chef Aaron Verzosa utilizes locally sourced ingredients to create a tasting menu that celebrates his (and his staff)‘s culture. Every dish was exceptional, and the vibe of the place was genuinely positive and enthusiastic. The wine pairing consisted primarily local WA wines; a nice surprise. I loved one of the selections so much that they happily sold me a bottle to take home. 10/10.

  2. Archipelago is a truly unique experience.

They take classic Filipino dishes, and replace every ingredient that they can’t get locally with something that is comparable and local.

They also try to get as much from local Filipino-American farmers as possible.

Every dish is presented to everyone at the same time and every dish has a story or symbolism. Being at Archipelago feels almost like Aaron invited you into his home kitchen.

  3. Love Archipelago! When I went I was pregnant and they did an awesome job giving me unique juice/mocktail pairings as a sub for the wine pairing.
