Just realised that, although the restaurant it’s been mentioned on the Michelin guide as a prominent location for fine dining, it DOES NOT currently hold a Michelin star.

A tea pairing sounds interesting, there’s tons you could do with it. I’ve seen them on non-alcohol pairings but never a pairing focusing purely on them. How was it?

Looks amazing for a non-starred restaurant, prices seem great too. As a lover of tea myself this would be super interesting.
