Finally got a table for lunch at Mosu last month during my trip to Seoul after several failed attempts! They are always fully booked out whenever I’m in Seoul, so I was very excited for this meal. It exceeded all expectations and I was absolutely blown away by the technique, flavor, and detail — really deserving of the 3 stars. Will definitely be back for dinner the next time I’m in Seoul!

The meal looks incredible. First course reminded of the caviar kim from Jua (1* NYC), one of the best bites of food ever

Would love to book this – have emailed them but do you have any tips for getting a booking in May?

Thanks for sharing. If you or anyone have been to mingles, would love some thoughts on mosu vs mingles for dinner.

The tofu uni blows me away. It looks like Mochi, boa, and a dumpling had a baby.

Was there last December. Lunch at Mosu was an incredible experience. They play vinyl, you can see the kitchen and the service is perfect to make you feel so relaxed. Those wheat noodles with tamarind may have been the best bite of our entire three week food binge trip through Japan and Korea. Truly three star in every sense of the word. The abalone taco and the shrimp bite too… indescribable.
