Love the idea of using sweet potatoes! Did you have trouble getting it to cook? I would think the tomatoes and squash would be done long before the squash.

This is not ratatouille, this is a tian 🥴 The movie gave ratatouille a good name, for the pun, but actually showed a tian and now everyone outside of France calls a tian a “ratatouille” 😂 Looks delicious though
