Alright, I know I kind of cheated by using protein powders twice but honestly, it wasn’t on purpose. I needed my morning coffee shake, and then in the afternoon I was really craving something sweet after being yelled at by my boss, hello protein berry smoothie to the rescue. I didn’t even plan on hitting my goals today with how stressed I was but damn, this makes me feel like at least one thing went right today.
Breakfast : Coffee protein smoothie 197 cal
Lunch : Peas on toast + gobbled down banana 470 cal
Lunch 2 / stress food : Berry protein smoothie 294 cal
Dinner : Vegan meatballs and marinara 236 cal
Unrelated, today I learned you shouldn’t put marinara sauce in the microwave.
Jokes aside, this was a really hard day and this makes me happy. I think its all pretty lazy/straightforward food but if anyone wants the recipe for anything lmk! And yes I weighed and logged everything properly.
The smoothie looks really good, you said you put coffee in it?
How did you make the peas on toast? I’ve never seen that before! I’m curious to know how you crushed up the peas and if you added any seasonings… What a great idea to sneak in some extra protein! Thanks ☺️
