~350 cal kidney/chickpea chili w/ roasted potatoes and broccoli! Advice needed ⚠️ : my raw white potatoes with skin weighed 200g. 139 calories seemed too low so I logged it as more. What would you guys recommend?

    I think that sounds right! Potatoes are less calorie dense than you’d think, assuming you didn’t fry them in oil or something.

  2. That sounds about right! Potatoes are pretty low in calories. Raw potatoes have ~75 cals per 100g.

  3. The calories seem correct, potatoes are not as calorie-dense as most people think. It’s usually the preparation that makes them high-calorie, like frying or baking in oil. If you air-fry or boil them you add no calories! My favourite thing is steaming them, smashing them, and then pop them in the oven on high heat (no oil) for a nice crisp. Also only 150 kcal for 200 grams!
