    Oats, Barley and Backfat. Spiced with Celery seed, Thyme, Marjoram, Mint, Salt and White Pepper.

  3. That looks bloody amazing! no pun intended. Clearly a skilled hand at making this. Every time I’ve tried, it looks like a murder scene, and my texture never looks as perfect as this!

    Good effort, I’ve yet to try that. I think Stornoway black pudding is my favourite but they are all good.

    Did you get fresh blood or was it dried?
