Definitely not something you can eat every day because it is so high in calories, but this is one of my favorite meals. When I want something sweet and chocolatey, but still healthy this is it. I usually have it as lunch or dinner. Measurements are in the second photo, but for simplicity it is: 1 young Thai coconut, half an avocado, 2 handfuls of baby spinach, 2-3 fresh medjool dates, 2 Tbsp raw cacao powder, 2 Tbsp hemp protein. Sometimes if I have a lot of extra calories to leftover in the day I will throw some raw almond butter in too. Vanilla extract or a scraped vanilla bean pod is also a nice addition.
