Yup! I get all of my cheese at either Whole Foods or Trader Joe’s because they both mostly use microbial rennets and their products are always labeled either way (microbial vs animal)!
Most of the “happy farms” brand of cheese at Aldi’s uses microbial enzymes, too. Not the American slices; the ingredient list just says “enzymes” but mostly everything else
