  1. Lemon butter sauce: 1 T of melted vegan butter mixed with lemon juice and Forager plain cashew yogurt. Add a dash of salt.

    Low cal noodles are Fiber Gourmet, using up the last of my remaining stock. Wish they would make the linguine again!

    I added a sprinkle of violife parmesan. Calories are included in total.
