  1. I would also like to mention that we sat at the Chef’s Counter. This was my first true fine dining experience at a Michelin starred restaurant and I couldn’t have been happier with how it turned out. Lots of fun banter with the chefs, excellent wait staff, and a very laidback environment. Had a great time!

  2. This looks absolutely amazing. I love how you can tell each dish has a great deal of thought behind it. It seems to me that the 2 and 3 star places just keep adding expensive things to the menu like truffles, foie, A5 wagyu, etc. just because their expensive and that makes the restaurant more exclusive. This menu looks very fun and playful while showcasing the talent and different techniques of the kitchen. So happy for you and jealous!
