Need some help!!
Saw some of my large sized sopressata get some bubbling while under press. Hung them yesterday and checked on them about 20hrs later. Bottom of many have pooling of liquid now.
We did not poke them when they were cased this year.
Any advice you can offer as to how to fix this??
