  1. Okay, is there a way to cook quinoa so it isn’t all mushy?

    Every time someone has made it for me it has this texture that is like three times squishier than rice and I dislike it because it’s somehow also hard at the same time.

    Are they not cooking it correctly? Or is that how it is

    I know it’s good for you and I want to enjoy it but 😅

  2. Very nice! My husband and I made cheesy broccoli quinoa the other night. Broccoli, a mix of Parmesan and cheddar, onion and garlic all mixed in with the quinoa and viola! A delicious and filling veggie meal 🙂

  3. Ok I’m making. Can I ask: does the yogurt make it creamy? Or to balance out heat OR made to taste more like curry? Just want to know what I’m going for. Thank you for posting.
