I have had the good fortune to eat a number of *** in the world but this was something else. from start to finish perfection.
The service was absolutely flawless as well. Personable, incredibly passionate and skilled.

This is my bucket list restaurant. Noma, French Laundry, etc be damned. Frantzen has been top of my list since they were one star. Need to make the trip soon.

In a year of having tried Noma, Osteria Francescana, Core by Clare Smyth amongst others, Frantzen remains the absolute stand-out favourite.
Can’t wait to go back.

I’ve been to some 12-15 3 star restaurants, and 30-40 of the restaurants from the last few years’ 50 best lists, and Franzén is my clear favourite

Worked here for a long time, can confirm food is top notch as well as the service team. Everything is incredible, the mignardise for me really are perfection.
