    That looks like a pulverized spread, which is made by smashing and stirring silken tofu and adding spices, oil, etc.

    Its’s like cream cheese or queso Philadelphia. Bought in Mercadona? I’ve bought/ eaten it a couple times, tastes almost exactly like normal cream cheese but the consistency is different. It’s not bad for a vegan alternative.

  5. That’s “tofu cream”, literally, which probably means a cream cheese substitute.

    Silken tofu looks kind of like firm tofu from the outside (usually the same package but in another color or something), but it’s a bit softer
