312 calories, 23 g protein for my vegan “chorizo” breakfast bowl. I picked up the Abbott’s chorizo from Target and it’s soo good. Added Just Egg, onion, bell pepper, avo slices, and toast.

The Abbot’s was near the tofu and veggies. Kind of not easy to find and had to get a Target worker to help me locate it. Also, I misspelled the brand in the title. It’s this product: [https://www.target.com/p/abbot-39-s-butcher-plant-based-vegan-chorizo-10oz/-/A-85414773](https://www.target.com/p/abbot-39-s-butcher-plant-based-vegan-chorizo-10oz/-/A-85414773)
Has a nice smoky flavor. Adding red or yellow onions really complements it.
Looks delicious
Yum. I have the Trader Joe’s one and never thought of cooking it separately from the egg. I’ll try this sometime. (With a tortilla!)
hey so I know this is old post but I noticed the abbot’s is in the refrigerated section and when I look at the box it says if not frozen good for only 30 days and the only expiration date is the original date on the box and some say just a date and others say if frozen good to a certain date. They have not put a new refrigerated expiration date, so how do you know if it is still good? Does your target do the same thing?
