Tirokafteri:

Ingredients:
* 1 cup of Greek feta
* 1 sweet pointed red pepper or red bell pepper
* 2 garlic cloves
* 1 Tbsp EVOO
* 2 tsp red wine vinegar
* 1/2 tsp chili flakes (more if desired)
* 1 tsp oregano

Method:
1. Remove stem from red pepper. Cut into pieces.
2. Drizzle with olive oil.
3. Bake red pepper at 180 for 25 mins.
4. Add all ingredients into food processor or blender.
5. Blitz until smooth. Stop and stir if necessary.
6. Garnish with more chili or red pepper flakes.
