I grew up eating non-vegan versions of Italian American food like this in New Jersey, but then I went vegan about 20 years ago (I am old lol).
There have been good vegan raviolis for a long time, like soy boy which I love. But this very well may be the first time I’ve ever had a vegan tortellini in all these years.
It was soooo good, and not too many calories for what you get either. I would definitely buy these again (kite hill)!
