After eight months of waiting for my reservation, I was finally able to eat at Plenitude earlier this year. I went solo to celebrate my 30th birthday. Overall, it was an exceptional experience. The staff made the greatest impression, since they were some of the most genuine and enthusiastic people I’ve interacted with! Each course was paired with a signature sauce. By far the most aromatic and complex sauces I’ve ever tasted. The seafood and chicken were great in their own right, but as delivery mechanisms for creamy, perfumed goodness. Setting was gorgeous. Three stars at open well deserved! As you can see in one of the photos, I was pretty happy!

  1. Happy birthday! What a glorious way to celebrate. Looks like a generous d’Yquem pour as well.

  2. Happy birthday!! Care to share a little more about the reservation process? Did you write to them yourself of through a concierge?

  3. Wait. You tell me you had that gorgeous loaf of bread in front of you and you never ate it? Please tell me the pictures are deceiving.
