Pretty good! Cod was my favorite course, perfectly cooked and lots of flavor! The rump cap was pretty mediocre, the sides and sauce were great but the meat itself was dried out and cold (I didn’t realize it was supposed to be a hot dish until I felt the warm plate, that’s the temperature it was). The crispy duck breast was also no where near crispy, so definitely some execution errors that I wasn’t expecting on a busy Friday night. A good meal, but Newcastle is such a great food city that I’m not sure it’s leagues above some of the non-fine dining restaurants.
