1400 cal lazy day of quesadilla, canned chili beans, store bought noodles, and nuggets

    Breakfast was an oatmilk latte and my usual smoothie (protein powder, pb2, banana, coffee, oatmilk)

    Lunch was a quesadilla made using violife cheese. The beans were just Bush’s canned since I didn’t feel like cooking my own beans today, plus half an ounce of fritos. Plus some cucumber and bell pepper and homemade pico de gallo.

    Dinner was Momofuku soy and scallion noodles (found them at Target). Yes you could absolutely make that sauce from scratch and saved the money by just buying plain ramen bricks but i was lazy lol. Tossed in some nuggets from protein. Looks hideous. Tastes fantastic.

    Last but not least, don’t forget your vitamins!! I take a multi, an omega 3, and cranberry.
