Had this meal back in October. Was a lovely tasting menu with the scallop, langoustine, and wagyu beef standing out. The dessert course shown was sweet and umami with mushroom flavors, and really surprised me how well it worked. I didn’t have alcohol that night since I arrived by redeye earlier in the day. Service was very friendly and the chef came out himself to shave the white truffles for the langoustine. Unfortunately can’t remember everything but I intend to return!
