One of the recipes was for fried chicken, but I just prepared the tofu the same way I did for the braised dish and used the chicken recipe to make the sauce for the tofu.
All three recipe links should show under the photo.
Looks yummy. I particularly think the spinach recipe sounds good. I’ll have to see if I can find the ingredients.
