    The pancake: 1/2 cup chickpea flour, 1/2 cup water, salt, pepper, garlic powder and scallions (seasoning is easily modifiable)

    Sauce: 1/4 cauliflower head boiled, nutritional yeast, harissa paste, salt, pepper, turmeric, garlic powder, miso and apple cider vinegar.

    Rest: 1/2 cup of frozen peas, topped with cilantro and siracha
