Trying my best to remember all the dishes! It was an incredible meal in a glass room where you could see all of Brussels lighting up at night!
1. The strip is charred leek with a cream, the round is a salmon cream.
2. Panko crusted egg yolk
3. A savory sponge cake, a gelee of some sort, meat? Cream?
4. Delicious bread course, the butter was unreal
5. Caviar over a savory ice and jelly, seemed like the classic accoutrements but in a fun new way
6. Unfortunately don’t remember
7. Meat pierogi in a dashi with a cream + lettuce and beet jellies
8. Endive and more veggie jellies
9. Venison steak, beet sponge cake, potato cylinder (crunchy outside, very soft inside)
10. Another delicious forgotten details
11. Dessert course! Caramel jellies, sponge cake, frozen yogurt, chocolate and lace cookie
12. Espresso chocolate cartridges, peanut butter pockets
13. Marshmallow, toasted at the table!
