Really quite a splendid dining experience. The presentation, service and taste were all top tier and significantly better than some of the other michelin star restaurants I have been to in Dubai. I was surprised how authentic the flavours were, and as someone who typically avoids Indian food, I genuinely did not expect to love almost every dish as much as I did.
Lowlight dishes:
* The Kebab scarpetta did not impress me and tasted a little bit stale.
* The king oyster noodles also did not work for me, with the flavours being quite bland.
Highlight dishes:
* The pickled pepper with butter milk icecream. What a wonderful collision of flavours! I would go back again just for this dish alone.
* The lobster tail was also simply wonderful.
* The Pandan payesh dessert. 10/10 texture and flavour.
Not included in the post are the cocktails, which were a real highpoint and also alone worth the visit. We opted not to do the wine pairing, and just order drinks ala carte.
The tasting menu itself was 190usd/pp and each cocktail is 25usd. Very reasonably priced for the quality of the experience.

I always wonder how they keep all the strange items they serve the food on top of sanitary between patrons
