    Next time I will scramble the JUST egg instead of making an omelette. It was too difficult keeping it intact.

    I added a little [no-chicken](https://www.amazon.com/Better-Than-Bouillon-Vegetarian-Chicken) broth to the spinach to boost the flavor. Highly recommend this!

    Thank you for sharing this. I had no clue you could make a omelette with JUST egg, and I had no idea how relative healthy of a product it is. Looks delicious.
