    but with some changes. To make 6.5 cups of tagine:

    * yellow onion, 327 g
    * red bell pepper, 90 g
    * carrots, 112 g
    * garlic cloves, 2
    * raw ginger, 2 tsp
    * Ras El Hanout 1.5 T
    * 1 can of chickpeas (not 2)
    * vegan broth, 1 cup
    * diced tomatoes, 1 can
    * tomato paste 1 T
    * dried apricots, 40 g
    * lemon juice, 2 T
    * green olives, 12
    * spray oil

    Riced pasta is Fiber Gourmet. Tofu was pan fried with a little Ras El Hanout and dash of turmeric, salt, pepper.
