Among the best meals I have ever enjoyed. Every dish was experimental yet timeless, and every bite incredibly delicious. I highly recommend their wine pairing, which is primarily sake, but also a few selections from their own private wine label. The staff were polished yet genuinely cool, and chef Narisawa himself super humble. He shaved the white truffles onto my soba, and came around and chatted with everyone after dessert. An unforgettable experience.

  1. Looks delicious but I can’t help but feel that I would leave this tasting menu a bit hungry. Were you satisfied?

  2. Such a fantastic restaurant. Some years since I visited but I remember every course. Glad you enjoyed and that it is still top class

  3. I loved Narisawa when I went in 2017! They had this bread presentation at the time with “moss” to depict the landscape of a Japanese region. So creative. And we were lucky to meet Chef Narisawa himself!
