I enjoyed this one!

China’s best restaurant according to the World’s Best goofballs. I don’t know much about the fine dining scene in China, but I wasn’t tempted by the $1.5k+ per head price at Ultraviolet while I was there (perhaps this higher priced menu was due to F1 GP that weekend).

This meal was quite easy to book and they have 6 floors of dining space for parties of all sizes. It definitely wasn’t packed on a Sunday night.

The food was all vegetarian with a tea pairing. I definitely enjoyed all of the dishes but nothing really blew me away. There’s something about these all veg set menus that just feel like they’re missing something particularly satisfying.

I room service’d myself a cheeseburger late night afterwards…
