Overall an amazing meal and completely worth it. Some things I loved, some things were a moss for my palette. Wine pairing was lovely but I realized afterwards they shorted one of the wines. I was already drunk, so in the end oh well.
The chef both greeted us and bid us farewell. Mateo the service manager was exceptional and very attentive. They deserve all the credit they get for their level of service.
My husband also received a different meal due to a seafood allergy and had basically the same opinion overall.
Absolutely recommend if you’re in Rome. Maybe don’t wear a sweater though, I was a puddle by the end.

Very intrigued by a broccoli and passion fruit pairing. Trying to imagine how those flavours and textures could intertwine.

Went here last night. Did the circus tasting menu, allegedly 10 courses but more like 12. Really impressed. Did the beverage pairings. Looking around the restaurant, appears no one really got the same dish twice.
