  1. This is one of the most intriguing posts I’ve seen in this subreddit in awhile (not that I’m glued to it, tho)

  2. I’ve eaten at Geranium a few years back and I legit cried a little bit at how delicious and pretty everything is! It was also my first 3*.

  3. Geranium was a fantastic meal. I went this past summer. I was amazed how they got the super thin tuilles done. The sous was very hyped on them (and the rest of the meal), understandably. She told us a story of how she had once had them in the oven right before service with the convection fan accidentally turned on hah.

The juice pairing needed some work though, the first few were good and then later on it became too heavy in malic acid and sweetness. They could take some pointers from Noma on that

  4. Its very intriguing. I think that if I were to visit those Scandinavian restaurants, I would prefer to do a lot of research on their ingredients. In every page, there is always an ingredient I have to google.

  5. By any chance you remember what are ingredients in Taste of ocean? Scallop and oyster in oyster sea water is all I remembered.
