Reminds me of my dinner in Alchemist, a very nice experience! Picture 11 is the monkfish liver pate between crackers made from cod skin and 12 is the lobster roll with a dip made from smoked butter, horseradish, and tomato.

It’s impossible to describe how great this place is. In every regard. Worth a trip to Copenhagen just to visit Alchemist. (And there are so many others!) The pink room is amazing! 🙂
