    breakfast: oil free potato rounds (264), strawberries (54)

    lunch: mashed potatoes (110), tempeh (95), broccoli (19), asparagus (5), carrots (32)

    snack: air-popped popcorn (100), seedless green grape (71)

    dinner: spinach (7), quinoa (170), sweet potato (117), chickpeas (121), broccoli (~16, not included in total count because i’m silly and forgot)

  2. Looks bomb! I’m on week 2 and I’ve totally missed chickpeas and sweet potatoes

  3. I don’t find WFPB to be sustainable for me. But it’s the way of eating I feel best on.
