This establishment is run by Molino Project out here in South Korea. They have different Mexican establishments at different price points, Escondido being at the highest. I thoroughly enjoyed my evening, except for the quesadilla. It really didn’t stand out because it was literally stracciatella cheese with corn tortilla.
It’s worth noting that it has quite a casual atmosphere!
