I didn’t think it was possible but this beat SAGA (and Tantris, Ernst, And quite a few others) as my fav tasting of the year. Definitely the best bread course I’ve ever had- not sure why it’s only one star. It was miso sourdough with miso and soy butter and a selection of pickles. The monkfish, veal, and pecan dessert courses all had little starter courses that teased the flavors of the main course.
Top notch start to finish, highly recommend! The twin first and last courses was a very unique spin! If you get all 7 courses expect to be very, very full
