This was one of my favorite dining experiences, the location on the castle walls of Dubrovnik is stunning, the food is delicious and regional. Also, had a wine pairing which was great. 125€/menu. My favorite dish was the cauliflower dish

Everyrhing except the bass looks incredible. I must admit I’m left wondering why the scales were left on, just seems like a very poor choice for execution and texture.
