  2. I can’t remember when it was cured, or how long but maybe 4 years ago, just hanging away in my basement. Decided to finally cut into it. Doesn’t smell bad or really of much at all. Tasted a small bit and nothing off 

    This is the first time I’ve done anything so I just yoloed (potentially literally with cured meats)

    I’d eat it, assuming you survive. Looks great although the lack of any records is extremely concerning.

  4. In a tub full of salt for 1-3 months and hanging for 4 years haha it’s either the best damn prosciutto or it went bad. It looks like it’s good to go tho.
