This looks bomb. I love ramen, but it’s always so high in calories. Is this very expensive?

They may be good but there’s no way they’re good enough to justify how absurdly overpriced these are in comparison to literally every other single instant ramen I’ve ever seen (vegan or not). Like, who is buying these on the regular to make this profitable, and why? I would genuinely be very curious to hear some reasoning from the owners as to why they think their product deserves to be priced 300+% higher than every competitor.
This stuff is SO good! I love having some on hand for nights when I don’t feel like cooking, or to bring to work for lunch sometimes when I don’t feel like preparing something ahead of time. The creamy chicken flavor is my favorite! Sometimes I also add a slice of the Kraft x NotCo plant based cheddar slices which makes for a really nice, creamy broth.
