  2. Foie gras ravioli (possibly the best ravioli I’ve ever had)
  3. White asparagus
  4. La Cabette – white onion tart (insanely good)
  5. Some new veggie dish the chef was trying out. Visually stunning and very delicious
  6. Wagyu rib cap with morels
  7. Pre-dessert of key lime mousse, tropical coulis, coconut sorbet
  8. Le Cerise – ghana namelaka, amaretto ice cream, amarena cherry
