Picture is the Carolina Gold Rice Rissoto. Holy crap was that good. The rice was crunchy and creamy. The artichokes tasted like a fish or something. My mouth was having a dance party. There was a type of caviar in the dish come to find later. I asked for a spoonful of the plant based ice cream. Wait staff provided me a scoop on the house. Wow, that was the best ice cream I’ve ever had. It wasn’t too sugary as most ice cream is and had a bit of a fresh smoothie taste to it.

Service was on par with Michelin standards. The interior includes fake plants… but at least some of the the food is plant based!
