I've started so many projects and haven't had one finish yet but I should be close. I've enjoyed the process so far. Wish I had started with a bigger chamber.

    I currently have the following going:

    Bresaola
    Black salami with black truffle and black garlic
    Hard salami
    Duck prosciutto
    Prosciutto
    Fennel salami
    Spicy capicola
    Fennel capicola
    Lomo
    Sopressatta de Calabria
    Chorizo

    No room left so hopefully some of this gets done in the coming weeks. I’ve got much more I wanna do.
