It was quite a trek to get here but I was well taken care of when I arrived. The hospitality was unrivaled and the food was superb – intriguing, delicious, diverse, and a masterful showcase of Soca Valley flavors and ingredients. Confession: I wasn't a big fan of Noma but Hiša Franko was everything I expected Noma to be.
